
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
By visiting NAILSPA MIAMI, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. By filling out the form above and submitting, you agree to comply with the written instructions above and agree that you are at the salon at your own risk, releasing NAILSPA Miami from any liability relating to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff will result in your removal from the premises.
If we all work together, we can overcome the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases. We welcome you to NAILSPA Miami!
OUR DOORS ARE OPEN
Here is what to expect:
There is a price increase due to capacity limitations set by the government.
APPOINTMENT ONLY
* We will be appointment only and require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 to hold your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the total cost of your services.
* Clients must be age 14 or older.
* No guests will be permitted to enter the salon. Please do not bring any family or friends to your appointment.
* All clients/legal guardians will have to sign a consent form prior to their service
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
* Please be aware that if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with appropriate notice (12 hours in advance) you will forfeit your deposit.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be abbreviated. However, you will be charged in full for the original services booked.
UPON ARRIVAL
* Customers should call the salon upon arrival and will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicle until their service provider is ready to greet them
* We will be taking your temperature outside the salon with a contact less thermometer.
* Customers and staff will be required to wear masks (covering nose and mouth) while in the salon.
We do not have a mask to provide you. Please come with your own.
UPON ENTERING THE SALON
* Clients will be instructed to place personal items in a designated area.
* Clients will wash their hands prior to the beginning of their scheduled service.
AROUND THE SALON
* Refreshments will not be served for the time being.
* The drying station will not be operational.
* Service stations will be placed six feet apart.
* Polishes and retail items may only be handled by NAILSPA staff, your service provider will guide you through your color selection.
* All staff members will be wearing PPE and will be screened for temperature daily.
* We will continue with safe salon practices that we've always followed like sterilizing all implements, using only single-use, disposable files and buffers, and disinfecting each station after use.
* Any customer or staff member experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the salon.
* We miss our amazing clients and we cannot wait to see you. It’s known that the new coronavirus can spread by droplets released from coughs and sneezes, but new research says those coming from speech can be just as harmful in transmitting the disease, even from people who aren’t showing symptoms. The study suggests that normal speaking in closed environments can contribute to the spread of COVID-19. We are asking all clients and staff to minimize speaking while in the salon.
